When to See a Doctor
Being stressed is a very common thing in human life, it can be reduced with normal activities and exercise, but sometimes the stress in people’s life increases so much that they start going towards depression and it can prove fatal.
If you can control your stress then it is fine but if you feel that it is out of your control then you should consult a doctor immediately.
The more you control it in the early phase, the more simple and easy it will be.
